By Automotive Credit & Vehicle Equity Review Board

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before utilizing the vehicle equity evaluation and lending referral services provided by New Car Title Loans at https://newcartitleloans.com.

1. Loan Referral Marketplace Notice (Not a Direct Lender)

New Car Title Loans operates exclusively as an online loan referral marketplace and automotive financial education resource. We are not a direct lender, loan broker, or credit decision-maker. Submitting an equity valuation request through this platform does not guarantee approval or constitute a formal loan offer. Participating licensed lenders determine loan eligibility, interest rates, and collateral requirements.

2. Truth in Lending Act (TILA) & Secured APR Disclosures

Vehicle equity title loans are secured credit instruments. Participating lenders are legally mandated under federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA) guidelines to provide a comprehensive Truth-in-Lending disclosure statement detailing the Annual Percentage Rate (APR), finance charges, repayment schedule, and total cost of borrowing prior to final loan execution. APRs for vehicle title loans typically range from 36% to over 300% depending on state usury laws, vehicle value, and loan duration.

3. Vehicle Repossession & Collateral Risk Warning

Warning: Title loans require using your motor vehicle certificate of title as collateral. If you default on scheduled payments, the lender may repossess and sell your vehicle in accordance with state Uniform Commercial Code (UCC Article 9) provisions to recover outstanding loan balances.

4. Military Lending Act (MLA) Exemption Notice

In accordance with federal Military Lending Act (MLA) regulations, title lenders are strictly prohibited from issuing vehicle title loans to active duty servicemembers and their covered dependents with finance rates exceeding 36% MAPR.
